As an individual it may be the case that you feel drawn towards hands on therapies, feeling the physical benefit of a treatment to be most effective. But what if you could get more from your session, feel a deeper state of relaxation which also works to enhance the physical treatment you are receiving?

As an individual it may be the case that you feel drawn towards hands on therapies, feeling the physical benefit of a treatment to be most effective. But what if you could get more from your session, feel a deeper state of relaxation which also works to enhance the physical treatment you are receiving?

Our mental and physical well-being is connected, in order to feel at our best we need to balance our mind-body connection. The beauty of working on both of these areas in one sitting is that we can engage a deeper state of relaxation with positive thinking alongside the physical process of reflexology to release blockages, this can provide an even deeper state of relaxation and healing. Many people step back when they think of hypnosis, because they don’t understand it, by guiding you with light touch hypnosis there is no need for long induction sessions and you are completely in control at all times.

I start the session with a gentle guided hypnosis which will allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation quickly, if there are specific known concerns we can begin to address these here before we begin to work on the pressure points in the feet. During the session, I may continue to guide you as we move around the different areas of th

 

I start the session with a gentle guided hypnosis which will allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation quickly, if there are specific known concerns we can begin to address these here before we begin to work on the pressure points in the feet. During the session, I may continue to guide you as we move around the different areas of the body that are represented through the corresponding reflex points in the feet. Each session is personalised to your needs. At the end of the session you should feel completely relaxed, physically ‘clear’, and with a positive, uplifted feeling.
